Day 1: Hanoi city tour – Tay Phuong pagoda – Dong Truc village . (L/D)
This morning we start city tour from the lobby of the hotel. We will drive to Ho Chi Minh Complex, where we will spend a couple of hour to visit Ho Chi Minh’s mausoleum, his former stilt-house residence, the Presidential Palace, the Ho Chi Minh museum and one pillar pagoda. Keep going to see the Temple of Literature: Originally built as a temple to Confucius, this is the site of Vietnam’s first university dating back to 1070. The temple highlights the importance that Vietnamese society placed then and now on education. Lunch will be at a fine local restaurant in Hanoi. After lunch spend more half an hour to bus ride to Thach That to visit famous pagoda of Tay Phuong, we then continue to nice peace full village of Dong Truc, enjoy easy cycling around the region, tonight we will be host by friendly local family in warm atmosphere.

Day 2: Dong Truc village – Perfume pagoda – Hanoi
After breakfast, we farewell to house owner, we continue our trip starts to perfume pagoda.
The Perfume Pagoda, also known as Reach Chua Huong is surrounded by the beautiful Perfume Mountain. This is one of the most important Buddhist temples in Vietnam and the sight of a yearly pilgrimage between February and March following the Vietnamese New Year. The pilgrims pray for good health and prosperity in the coming year. Legend has it that the temple was built by a monk who was in search of enlightenment. Since then, the Perfume Pagoda has been the subject of poems, songs, stories and a backdrop to many paintings.

After 2 hours driving through some Viet villages we catch Ben En belong to Yen Vi village. Get on the small boat for an hour rowing on the River of Yen, we relax and breath fresh air while the boat go through extremely wonderful sites. We can see the many shapes of lime stone mountains rise up from rice field. Arrive in Thien Tru wharf; we commence our walk up to Thien Tru Pagoda (Heaven’s Kitchen) where you can see the main statue of Lady Buddha. It will be very interesting if you like trekking as we will trek up and down the lime stone path, and catch the cave in the end of the trek. Back to the restaurant near Thien Tru Pagoda, we enjoy the local food. Then the boat will take us back to the car and we arrive in Hanoi at around 06:00PM.
